Sun & Sea Properties is a small villa collection on St. John, owned and operated by people who actually live here. Every home in our portfolio is one we'd happily send our own family to.

We don't manage hundreds of properties. We manage a handful, well. That means honest descriptions, quick responses, and the kind of local knowledge you can only earn by being here year-round.
